Managed Services
Operations run with method, not improvisation.
We take on the technical routine of the environment — monitoring, administration, support, security and evolution — so the internal team can focus on the business.
Model
Reactive support and managed operations are not the same thing
Support responds to a problem that has already happened. Managed operations look after the environment so the number of problems drops over time. The difference shows up in the routine.
- A ticket opens only after the user is already stuck
- Alerts handled by severity and priority
- Knowledge of the environment lives in someone's head
- Environment documented and inventoried
- Changes made without a record
- Changes planned, communicated and logged
- Security reviewed after an incident
- Posture reviewed on a defined cycle
- Vendors disconnected from one another
- One technical owner for the whole environment
Scope
What's inside the operation
The scope is defined from the environment and formalized before the start. Nothing enters operation without inventory and documented access.
01
Monitoring
Event-driven monitoring of availability and capacity for critical services, handled by priority.
02
Environment administration
Ongoing administration of Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, servers and network: users, policies, updates and controlled changes.
03
Specialized support
Service delivered by the technical team that follows the environment, with every ticket logged and tracked.
04
Operational security
Ongoing review of identity and endpoint alerts, policy reviews and risk-prioritized fixes.
05
Governance and documentation
Up-to-date inventory, diagrams, procedures and change logs kept as part of the operation.
06
Metrics and evolution
Periodic meetings reviewing environment metrics and an evolution plan agreed on each cycle.
Operating ritual
From onboarding to the evolution cycle
Operations start by getting to know the environment in depth — only then do we take responsibility for the routine.
- 01
Onboarding
Assessment of the environment, access, inventory and immediate risks.
- 02
Stabilization
Fixing what's urgent and standardizing operating routines.
- 03
Operation
Monitoring, support, controlled changes and continuous security.
- 04
Evolution
Metrics review, improvement plan and upcoming projects.
Client interface
A technical interface with environment history
Technical focal point
One person responsible for the relationship, tracking history, pending items and decisions.
Ticket logging
Every service request logged, with searchable history and preserved context.
Cycle review meeting
Periodic review of metrics, relevant incidents and next steps.
Evolution plan
Improvements and projects prioritized together with IT and leadership.
How the service is sized
We don't work with a fixed off-the-shelf package. Scope, coverage window, tracked metrics and service levels are sized from the criticality of the environment, the inventory gathered during onboarding, and the signed contract — and they are written down before operations start, not after.
The same applies to the investment model: it is defined together with the scope, according to the volume of assets, users and platforms under operation.
