Projects

Defined scope, planned window, agreed acceptance criteria.

We run critical initiatives in waves, with inventory, rollback plan and communication at every stage of execution.

Methodology

From assessment to handover

No execution starts without a read of the environment. No project ends without documentation and knowledge transfer.

  1. 01

    Assessment

Inventory, dependencies, risks and agreed acceptance criteria.

  2. 02

    Architecture

Design of the target solution, standards, security and a wave-based plan.

  3. 03

    Execution

Deployment and migration in defined windows, with rollback in place.

  4. 04

    Handover

Testing, documentation, knowledge transfer and optional ongoing support.

Categories

Types of projects we run

Recurring categories of initiative. The actual scope is always designed from the client's environment.

01

Cloud migration

Moving workloads to Azure or AWS with inventory, dependency analysis, migration waves and post-cutover validation.

  • Landing zone
  • Server migration
  • Network & connectivity
  • Validation
02

Microsoft 365 deployment and migration

Tenant adoption or restructuring, mail and file migration, content governance and device management.

  • Exchange
  • SharePoint
  • Teams
  • Intune
03

Identity and security restructuring

Identity redesign, MFA, conditional access and endpoint protection with phased rollout and pilot.

  • Entra ID
  • MFA
  • Conditional Access
  • Defender
04

Infrastructure modernization

Replacement of end-of-life components, network redesign, virtualization and backup/continuity review.

  • Network
  • Virtualization

Delivery

What makes a critical project reach the finish line

01

Scope written before kickoff

Deliverables, boundaries, assumptions and acceptance criteria formalized. What's out of scope is also made explicit.

02

Windows and rollback plan

Critical changes happen in agreed windows, with a return point defined and tested before execution.

03

Wave-by-wave communication

Every stage has a status, an owner and communication to impacted areas, without needing to be chased.

04

Documentation as a deliverable

Diagrams, configurations and procedures delivered at the end, so the environment doesn't depend on memory.

After go-live

Ongoing support is optional, not mandatory.

At project close, the environment can be handed back to the internal team, with documentation and formal handover, or remain under Rosit's operation. Either way, knowledge of the environment stays on record.
