Assessment
Understand the environment before proposing anything.
The assessment is Rosit Cloud's initial technical diagnosis: environment, context, risks and priorities gathered in a structured way, so any decision that follows has a solid basis.
What it is
A consultative diagnosis, not a sales pitch.
The conversation starts with the environment and the problem. Scope, timeline and cost only make sense once the technical picture is clear to both sides.
The depth of the assessment, the format of the report and its commercial terms are defined case by case, based on the size of the environment and the goal of the evaluation. Nothing is executed in the client's environment without prior authorization.
01
Current environment
Cloud, servers, network, endpoints, backup and tools in use — how it's built and how it's operated today.
02
Identity and access
Directory, authentication, accumulated privileges and policies that are enforced or were never reviewed after deployment.
03
Continuity and risk
Single points of failure, actual backup coverage, dependencies between systems and recovery capability.
04
Consumption and licensing
The relationship between what's contracted and what's actually used in cloud and licensing.
05
Operating routine
Who sustains it, with what process, what's preventive and what only gets fixed once it breaks.
06
Business priorities
Deadlines, planned projects, budget constraints and what leadership expects from technology next cycle.
How it works
Four steps, no detours.
- 01
Initial conversation
A technical meeting to understand the scenario, the reason for the contact and what's already been tried.
- 02
Discovery
Gathering environment information with the internal team, at the depth agreed between both parties.
- 03
Technical review
Analysis of architecture, risks and the gaps between the current environment and business needs.
- 04
Findings and next steps
Presenting the conclusions, with suggested priorities and the possible paths — project, managed operation or procurement.
Assessment or quote?
Two different entry points.
Choosing the right one saves time for both sides.
Assessment
When there's a problem, a risk or a need without a defined solution yet: the environment needs to be read before any specification.
Quote
When the purchase is already fully or partly defined: there's an item, a quantity and a timeline, and what's missing is a validated specification and a proposal.
Get started
Talk directly to engineering.
Describe the scenario in a few lines: size of the environment, what's causing trouble and the timeline involved. From there we schedule the initial conversation.

Is the need already defined?
If the item, quantity and timeline already exist, the shortest path is a technical quote.
